Terms & Conditions 1. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these conditions of entry are set out below. Participation in this campaign is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry. 2. The prizes are provided in the form of Bethlehem Town Centre Summer Dollar vouchers in denominations of $10.00, $20.00. $50.00 and $100.00. 3. Copies of vouchers will not be accepted for tender at Bethlehem Town Centre. Bethlehem Town Centre will not be liable for any Gift Vouchers that are lost or stolen. The Gift Voucher will be void and will not be redeemable if it is defaced, mutilated, stolen, altered or tampered with in any way. Centre Management may subject the Gift Voucher to a verification and security check in their absolute discretion. 4. All customers making a purchase of $20 or more at Bethlehem Town Centre stores, excluding Countdown, are eligible to enter the campaign. 5. For your nomination to be valid, either a valid receipt must be securely attached to the entry form as proof of purchase from Bethlehem Town Centre, or the entry must be validated by a store stamp. 6. The Promoter is Bethlehem Town Centre. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the rights to verify the validity of all entries, & to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry. 7. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will not be accepted as a valid entry. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. 8. Entrants must include a name, telephone number and e-mail address to be contacted about a potential win. 9. The campaign entry period commences 8am Monday 25th of January 2010 & closes 5pm Sunday 28th of February 2010. 10. Entrants name will be given to More FM, Radioworks to be entered in the live draw and to have the chance to be presented with Bethlehem Town Centre Summer Vouchers to a range of values selected by the radio station (Each draw will be for either $10, $20, $50, $100 or $250) 11. Winners may be photographed which may be used for promotional purposes 12. All entrants details will be retained by Bethlehem Town Centre & will not be shared with any third parties. All personal details will be collected and may be used in future marketing activity from Bethlehem Town Centre unless otherwise advised. 13. Management & Staff from Bethlehem Town Centre, v.marketing & HG Livingstones are not eligible to enter. Bethlehem Town Centre retailers & staff are eligible to enter, but not with a proof of purchase from their current work place at the centre.
